A central theme of the interview is Safran’s belief that ancient Egyptian and Sumerian mythology records actual contact with extraterrestrial visitors. She links dog-like entities to figures such as Anubis and compares cat-like beings to the deity Horus or to feline races sometimes described in UFO lore as Lyrans. Safran further claims that life throughout the universe shares a broadly similar human genetic structure despite significant differences in physical appearance.
Communication, she says, occurs telepathically.
