The footage shows what was described as a flattened, rounded object with a central heat source and six sharply pointed projections extending from its body. A warmer plume or cloud-like feature appears behind it against the night sky.
Beskrestnov said the drone was operating at an altitude of about 800 meters when a Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces pilot observed the object. The pilot reportedly moved the camera laterally and vertically to examine it. In the available description, the object appears to hover or move slowly and does not visibly respond to the drone.

Beskrestnov has instead emphasized that unusual aerial sightings may have military significance, including the possibility that they involve an unfamiliar Russian weapon or surveillance system.
