Gaia, the subscription‑based streaming platform that reaches more than 10,000 titles in 185 countries, announced on Thursday that tickets are now available for a two‑day public event focused on the alleged disclosure of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and on “CE5” human‑initiated contact protocols. The gathering, titled the UAP Disclosure & CE5 ET Contact Event, will be held on November 8‑9 at Gaia’s newly opened GaiaSphere Event Center in Boulder, Colorado, and will feature Dr. Steven Greer, the filmmaker and founder of the Worldwide Disclosure Project, as the primary speaker.
According to the press release, Dr. Greer will “provide an update on government disclosure related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and Non‑Human Intelligence (NHI).” He is expected to review recent Pentagon reports, congressional hearings and classified briefings that have, in the past year, confirmed the existence of anomalous aerial observations. “The data we now have is unprecedented in its scope and credibility,” Greer said in a pre‑event video. “Our goal is to move the conversation from speculation to documented fact, and to give the public a clear view of what the government knows.” The event will also include a segment on CE5 meditation techniques, a practice Greer popularized in the early 2000s that purports to facilitate contact with extraterrestrial intelligences through collective intent and focused visualization.
A highlight of the program is the testimony of former U.S. Marine Michael Herrera, who is described in the announcement as a “whistleblower” willing to break his silence about a specific encounter. Herrera claims he witnessed an “octagonal hovering UAP craft” about 20 feet above ground while a covert recovery operation was underway. “I saw the craft, I heard the hum, and I was ordered to stay away,” Herrera told Gaia in a short interview excerpt. “For years I kept quiet because of the oath I took, but now I believe the truth must come out.” Herrera’s account adds to a growing body of civilian and military statements that have surfaced since the 2023 Department of Defense UAP task force released its first public report.
The event’s timing coincides with a surge of legislative activity on the topic. In June, the Senate Intelligence Committee approved a bipartisan amendment mandating quarterly briefings to Congress on UAP investigations, and the National Defense Authorization Act now requires the establishment of a permanent UAP office within the Pentagon. Analysts see Gaia’s event as part of a broader effort to channel public curiosity into organized forums that can “bridge the gap between classified briefings and civilian discourse,” according to Dr. James O’Leary, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Tickets, which range from $149 for general admission to $399 for a VIP package that includes a private meet‑and‑greet with Dr. Greer and Herrera, are being sold through Gaia’s website. The company emphasizes that the event will be streamed live to its global subscriber base, allowing viewers worldwide to participate in real time. “Our mission is to bring consciousness‑raising content to a global audience,” a Gaia spokesperson said. “By offering both an in‑person experience and a live stream, we hope to foster an informed, transparent dialogue about one of the most compelling scientific mysteries of our era.”
